At Blushcry, we take pride in providing high-quality, skin-friendly clothing for kids. Each item is carefully checked before shipping. However, we understand that issues may arise.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • To claim a refund, customers must share a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect size selection, wrong orders placed by customers, or minor color variations.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering).

  • Products without an unboxing video proof.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exchange Option

  • At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. Customers are encouraged to select the correct size using our size guide.
